This product is my signature marinade bowl. This product allows you to shred garlic, ginger, etc at the bottom and use side holes for herbs to separate the stem from the leaves. Then pour in you liquid for the marinade in the bowl and quyickly use a brush to get all the herbs and spices out of the groves at the bottom. Now you are ready to pour it in your marinde bag without ever using a cutting bord, knife, etc. 
 
You will be able to choose the size and color. Due to the nature of clay(it shrinks in the drying process), size will be within half an inch of the desired size measurements.
